Char Sui sauce is usually a meat marinade, but I tried a new way of using it. I’ll probably try making more vegetables with Lee Kum Kee sauces :) By the way, I’d like to do some guest writing with you in October. How does that sound? ^^ ]]>

The dish looks great! I never thought of using the Char Sui sauce for vegetables – what a great idea and will give it try as my husband loves cauliflower! My H.K. Chinese girlfriend taught me to marinate chicken wings with the sauce, then grill. My kids love it.
